Grace Baptist Church (Grand Forks, ND) – Associate Pastor

Grace Baptist Church is seeking an Associate Pastor to assist the Lead Pastor and lead youth and young adult ministries.

• Provide spiritual leadership through preaching, teaching, and discipleship.
• Develop, oversee, and maintain the Youth (Middle School and High School) and Young Adult (Post High School) ministries.
• Advise and mentor ministry staff and volunteers, ensuring background checks and training.
• Plan and coordinate youth events, retreats, mission trips, and community outreach.
• Coordinate young adult community connections, transportation, and weekly gatherings.
• Assist the Lead Pastor with overall ministry evaluation and strategy.
• Preach in the Lead Pastor’s absence and participate in worship services and staff meetings.
• Provide pastoral care, counseling, and crisis support to church families.

• Master of Divinity, Master of Theology, or related accredited degree.
• Minimum two years of ministry experience.
• Strong biblical knowledge, preaching and teaching ability.
• Leadership skills and willingness to work on-site.
• Faithful testimony, mature Christian character, and agreement with Grace Baptist Church Statement of Faith.
