Your focus will be on:

• Working efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balancing multiple projects to provide deliverables to internal and external clients from inception to completion.

• Management and coordination of numerous survey projects, simultaneously, and interaction with clients on a regular basis.

• Providing technical leadership, problem-solving skills, and quality control for survey projects.

• Knowledge of survey field measurement strategies

To be considered for this position you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Professional licensure in the state of Minnesota.

• Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Survey Technology or related field.

• 4+ years of progressive survey experience in the field and office environment.

• Ability to instruct/coach survey staff and crew members on project approach and execution.

• Knowledge of Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, Platting, easement deliverables.
