A growing nationwide structural design firm specializing in cold‑formed steel framing solutions is expanding its engineering team. They support commercial, residential, industrial, and mixed‑use projects across 20+ states using advanced digital framing technology.

They are hiring Structural Engineers at all levels — from Intern through Licensed PE.

• Intern: $18–$22/hr
• Structural Engineer (EIT / Non‑PE): $55K–$75K
• Licensed Structural Engineer (PE): $90K–$120K base + up to 15% annual bonus

• Designing structural systems (cold‑formed steel, concrete, wood, structural steel, etc.)
• Reviewing calculations and drawings for code compliance
• Collaborating with architects, contractors, and production teams
• Supporting multiple active projects simultaneously
• Contributing to process improvement and engineering efficiency

• Take projects from concept through completion
• Manage high project volume
• Delegate or outsource work strategically
• Mentor junior engineers
• Position themselves for leadership growth within 3–5 years

• Structural Engineering degree (or in progress for interns)
• CAD proficiency
• Strong structural design fundamentals
• PE license required for senior‑level role
• Ability to work fully in‑office in Fargo or Grand Forks, ND
