Systems Engineer

Overview

Responsible for the ongoing development and support of Clean Energy & Infrastructure (CE&I) reporting platforms and business critical systems. Contribute technical expertise, troubleshooting and analytical skills, as well as effective communication abilities to ensure the smooth operation and optimization of enterprise systems. This position is well‑versed in systems engineering principles and has a strong understanding of enterprise systems, including architecture, deployment, and integration.

Troubleshooting abilities are crucial to identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing system downtime and ensuring uninterrupted business operations.

• Assist in the development and support of systems by collaborating with Senior Engineers and other team members. Systems include Construction Industry Software, Microsoft SQL Server Platform, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, and Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure optimal system operation
• Assist in managing incidents, service requests and changes related to systems and applications
• Handle service requests efficiently and ensure timely implementation of approved changes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations, troubleshooting procedures and knowledge articles
• Contribute to knowledge management initiatives by sharing knowledge, best practices and lessons learned
• Contribute to quality assurance efforts by participating in testing activities, including system integration testing, regression testing and performance testing
