Project Architect
The Project Architect will work to advance project design concepts and project documentation. This position requires initiative and the ability to prioritize job duties while working as part of a collaborative design team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor of Architecture from an accredited American college or university and has a minimum of 5 years of overall experience working as an Architect.
Proficient knowledge of building systems, construction practices, and the ability to translate designs into construction documents is required. Excellent overall design and technical skills, project-based Revit experience, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Licensed Architect with current registration preferred.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage the design of small to large projects to fruition.
- Proficient knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate them into technical documents.
We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer with 10+ years of experience. In this role, you will apply extensive technical expertise and project management skills to deliver thoughtful, well‑integrated structural solutions that support and enhance design intent. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate project schedules, and ensure all engineering standards and client requirements are met with precision. You’ll lead the structural design of diverse project types—ranging from athletic and educational facilities to commercial and adaptive reuse projects—within a highly collaborative environment.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required; SE license preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of structural design experience, ideally with a focus on large‑scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency in project scheduling tools and methodologies to manage multiple concurrent projects efficiently.
- Extensive knowledge of structural design and modeling software.
- Experience in project management including scope development, resource allocation, risk assessment, and quality control.
- Familiarity with drafting standards and the ability to review detailed drawings for accuracy.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with architects, consultants, and clients.
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a proactive approach toward problem‑solving.
