Steffes is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead quality assurance, control, and improvement initiatives across production and administrative systems. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to interpret drawings, establish acceptance criteria, and drive corrective actions.
Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering with manufacturing exposure, CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, Creo, Solid Works), strong communication, and a commitment to Steffes’ core values.
