**** Summary
* *** CHS is hiring a Senior AP/AR Specialist to join its finance team. The Senior AP/AR Specialist will generate accurate freight invoicing to CHS customers and perform tasks related to CHST drivers, owner operators and common carriers’ compensation.
This is a hybrid position based out of Grand Forks ND.

**** Responsibilities****    * + Invoice freight customers  + Provide analysis of rates/routes  + System Updates for rates and fuel surcharge  + Seek approvals for accessorial fees  + Recap/Report  + Code and Enter Payroll Information  + Reconcile/Release Driver Payroll  + Enter applicable operator deductions and release settlements for payment  + Maintain and retain documents per retention policy  + Set up Driver /Master/MOL  + Conduct Orientation/Training  + Monitor/Report Training Processes  + Upload invoicing information into online payment applications  + Resolve customer invoicing disputes  + Assist credit on collection of aging invoices    
**** Minimum Qualifications (required)***
* * 2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or AP/AR
* High School diploma or GED    
**** Additional Qualifications***
* * Proficient in MS Office suite
* Experience using automated financial and accounting systems
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
* Strong attention to detail and organization skills
* Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or related field
