What You’ll Do- Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, and swallowing skills
- Review medical history and conduct comprehensive speech‑language evaluations
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled, evidence-based speech‑language therapy services
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members
- Educate parents, caregivers, and families to support carryover of skills at home
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports
- Coordinate care and communicate pertinent clinical information across care teams
- Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain a safe, supportive therapy environment
- Address client or employee concerns professionally and in accordance with policy
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology or Speech Therapy
- Current state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (CCC‑SLP preferred, if applicable)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Speech‑Language Pathologist
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Passion for working with children and families in a collaborative environment
- Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally
- Exert up to 30 pounds of force frequently
- Exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly
- Competitive hourly pay: $33–$45/hr (based on experience and licensure)
