Horizon Health is seeking a Mental Health Technician for our BRAND NEW unit called Altru Behavioral Health Center in Grand Forks, ND. The MHT will perform selected patient care activities under the supervision of the Nurse Manager on a 24-bed inpatient unit with plans to add 24 more beds in 2026.
Responsibilities include observing and recording vital signs, assisting with personal care, escorting patients, and providing emotional support.
