What You Will Do- Perform data analyses using Python and SQL to answer key analytical questions for clients
- Consult with clients to define analytics requirements, technical solutions, and methodologies to support confident decision‑making
- Develop, validate, and deploy analytics and data science capabilities aligned to client objectives
- Interface with client subject matter experts to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Contribute to client relationship management and participate in business development discussions
- Support and lead small teams while delivering high‑quality analytics solutions
- M.S. or M.A. in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics
, or a related quantitative discipline - A minimum of ONE (1) year of professional experience in data analytics or data science
- Proficiency in Python or R, and SQL
- Experience performing data science and analytics, including:
- Familiarity with integrating AI/ML models (e.g., LLMs, predictive models) into production web applications
- Demonstrated ability to support clients, build relationships, and drive solutions forward
- Experience leading or supporting small teams
- Healthcare analytics experience, including work with CPT, ICD, place of service, and bill type codes
- Experience delivering solutions in healthcare, public health, or federal health IT programs
- Familiarity with Python Polars, Geo Pandas
, and automated document generation packages - Relevant certifications, such as:
- Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML models into production applications
- Dev Ops experience
, including Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or Bicep) and automated deployment pipelines
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
