Deskripsi PekerjaanMemastikan seluruh infrastruktur, sistem, jaringan, perangkat keras, perangkat lunak, dan layanan teknologi informasi hotel berfungsi secara optimal, aman, stabil, dan berkesinambungan guna mendukung kelancaran operasional hotel serta memberikan dukungan IT yang cepat dan efektif kepada seluruh departemen dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada tamu.
Persyaratan Kualifikasi- Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 IT atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman sebagai IT Support, diutamakan di bidang hotel/hospitality.
- Memahami dasar Networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Mampu melakukan troubleshooting PC, laptop, printer, jaringan, dan perangkat IT lainnya.
- Memahami Windows & hardware serta instalasi software/driver.
- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving yang baik dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim.
- Bersedia bekerja shift/on-call sesuai kebutuhan operasional hotel.
- Komunikatif, responsif, disiplin, dan memiliki service attitude yang baik.
- Menguasai Mikro Tik.
- Familiar dengan CCTV/NVR, PABX, Wi-Fi, server, PMS/POS hotel atau sistem IT hospitality lainnya.
- Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan tools network/server monitoring.
