Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision, execute complex maintenance tasks, and uphold the highest safety standards in our automotive facility.

- Pay Range of $21-25/hour based on experience
- Schedule is 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday
- Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime and weekends during winter months

- Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed on time and accurately
- Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues
- Inspect parts for wear and defects
- Follow job order instructions and adhere to safety regulation, and replace or repair as necessary
- Communicate effectively with dealership staff to ensure successful completion of projects
- Maintain a safe and clean work areas
- Able to run pay loader and snow plow
- Some experience with HVAC required
- Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components
- Computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management skills
