Maintenance Technician

Rydell Auto Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can work with minimal supervision, execute complex maintenance tasks, and uphold the highest safety standards in our automotive facility.

• Pay Range of $21-25/hour based on experience
• Schedule is 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday
• Ability to work flexible schedule, overtime and weekends during winter months

• Ensure preventative maintenance is scheduled and completed on time and accurately
• Utilize diagnostic equipment to identify mechanical issues
• Inspect parts for wear and defects
• Follow job order instructions and adhere to safety regulation, and replace or repair as necessary
• Communicate effectively with dealership staff to ensure successful completion of projects
• Maintain a safe and clean work areas

• Able to run pay loader and snow plow
• Some experience with HVAC required
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and components
• Computer literacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
