ROLE

OVERVIEW:

Responsible for performing all welder maintenance operations.

Typical hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary depending on weather and customer demand.

DUTIES AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all welding and related maintenance for all areas.

Lay out and arrange parts and different types of fabrication.

Set machines to perform all welding operations, including stick welding, aluminum welding, and wire feed welding.

Set equipment to perform all cutting operations.

Operate a motor vehicle.

Enforce safety rules and regulations (Federal, state, local and company policies.)

Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one required.

CDL desirable.

Must have own hand tools.

Basic knowledge of hand tools, drill presses, grinders, saws, related fabricating, maintenance and safety equipment.
