$18–$25 per hour, DOE

• Technician Level I (first 6 months)
• Technician Level II–III (1–2 years)
• Technician Level IV (3–5 years)

• Build and assemble composite parts with a focus on precision and attention to detail (sometimes in tight spaces)
• Keep your workspace clean and organized, following 6S guidelines
• Maintain fast, efficient work while upholding quality standards
• Follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete paperwork, and collaborate with your team

• 6+ months of manufacturing or similar hands‑on experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working with your hands, on your feet, and in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills for instructions and documentation

• Day Shift: Mon–Thu, 5:00am–3:30pm (OT may be required Fridays)
• Evening Shift: Mon–Thu, 3:30pm–2:00am (OT may be required Fridays; evening shift earns 10% premium)
