* Technician Level I (first 6 months)

* Technician Level II-III (1-2 years)

* Technician Level IV (3-5 years)

* Build and assemble composite parts with a focus on precision and attention to detail (sometimes in tight spaces)

* Keep your workspace clean and organized, following 6S guidelines

* Maintain fast, efficient work while upholding quality standards

* Follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete paperwork, and collaborate with your team Who We're Looking For
* 6+ months of manufacturing or similar hands-on experience

* High school diploma or GED

* Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs

* Comfortable working with your hands, on your feet, and in a fast-paced environment

* Basic computer skills for instructions and documentation Schedule
* Day

Shift: Mon-Thu, 5:00am-3:30pm (OT may be required Fridays)

* Evening

Shift: Mon-Thu, 3:30pm-2:00am (OT may be required Fridays; evening shift earns 10% premium)
