Pay Info:
- $25,000 sign on bonus!
- Join our team as a full time RN – Registered Nurse!
- $32.50+ per hour, depending on experience
- $25,000 sign on bonus, $12,500 paid out after 60 days
- Full Time
- 12 hour shifts, 7am to 7:30pm
- Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation

- Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards in the assigned clinical setting.
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, provide resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
- Serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and competence level.
- Provide adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
- Operate within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in the state of practice and licensure.
- Recognize the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (e.g., CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA).
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where nursing practice is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
