Overview
Registered Nurse (RN) | Geriatrics / Skilled Nursing Facility – Provide comprehensive nursing care in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on residents' physical, mental, and emotional health.
Responsibilities- Conduct assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- ND Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1-2 years of experience in a skilled nursing or geriatric setting
- Perform assessments and implement individualized care plans
- Administer treatments and monitor patient responses
- Coordinate with healthcare team and support families
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a focus on geriatric care and patient safety.
