The Wildlife Society is seeking a graduate trainee to work on NSF-funded research studying prairie pothole sediment cores in the U.S. Northern Great Plains. The position supports on-campus Ph.D. or M.S. study at UND, with joint mentorship from ESSP and USDA ARS.

The fellowship includes full tuition and a $37,000 lump-sum stipend upon milestone completion. Start as early as Summer 2026 for 4 years (PhD) or 2 years (MS). Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
