Greet and assist customers, delivering outstanding customer service and promoting company products;
Monitor Enterprise Fulfillment systems, pick and pack orders, and complete Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities;
Research order shortages/overages, complete shipment check-in, and manage stock area; process order deliveries and returns on the register;
Replenish store inventory and participate in annual inventory process;
Meet established performance standards including shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, and productivity
