• Stock replenishment orders by hand within 48 hours of delivery to store, or as required for additional stores.
• Process credits for damaged products and perform inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory through focus and cycle count adjustments and by notifying customers of necessary changes.
• Maintain appearance of company products in store, including cleaning, culling, placing suggested orders, preparing returns and credits, and ensuring point‑of‑purchase materials are current.
• Provide training to store personnel on the company’s products and services.
• Analyze performance, product mix, market conditions, and new product opportunities; recommend changes when appropriate.
• Facilitate store reset activity with the NHC Store Planning Team as required.
• Participate in special events such as Grand Openings, Contractor Nights, Product Knowledge Training, and Company Meetings.
• Travel to assigned stores within the Territory on a regular, pre‑determined call schedule; may be required to travel to additional stores outside the assigned Territory.
• Travel to perform unscheduled audits as needed; communicate with store within 24 hours to schedule audit.
• Manage all expenses in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate high standards of conduct, professionalism, courtesy, ethics, and a “can‑do” attitude when representing the company.

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proof of current automobile insurance.
• Solid organization and time‑management skills.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
• Strong selling, communication, and interpersonal skills; fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated courtesy, diplomacy, tact, and a proven ability to foster relationships based on integrity and professionalism.

• Ability for overnight or daily travel to service stores is required.
• Travel expenses are covered per Corporate Travel Policy.
• Ability to drive to and from stores.
