WALK-IN INTERVIEWS:
Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm at our travel center located at 1212 N. 47th St, Grand Forks

• Greet customers enthusiastically and deliver friendly, attentive service at the counter or drive-thru
• Accurately process cash, credit, debit, and mobile payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions to assist customers effectively
• Keep the cashier station, counter area, and dining space clean, organized, and welcoming for all guests
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service during peak periods
• Assist with monitoring inventory levels and restocking merchandise and supplies as needed

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle transactions accurately while remaining calm under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior cash handling or customer service experience is preferred
