Purpose of Position
* This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Evaluate student homework submissions using designated solutions
* Identify and highlight instances of academic integrity violations within homework assignments
* Precisely record homework assessments within Blackboard grade book
* Ensure expedited turnaround for homework evaluation, adhering to a 2-3 day timeline (ex: homework submitted Friday graded by Sunday)
* Continued employment throughout semester is contingent upon demonstrated proficiency and excellent performance
Minimum Requirements
* Earned grade of B or better in the assigned course (Statics, Dynamics or Mechanics of Materials)
* Assigned course completed at University of North Dakota
* Junior or senior status within Civil or Mechanical Engineering program at the University of North Dakota
* Demonstrated capability to comprehend and analyze various problem-solving methodologies
* Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check
