• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex issues within apartment living

• The "Widmyer Standard" Make-Readies: Transform vacant units into "like-new" homes. You'll manage the turnover cycle to ensure quality and speed, keeping our days-to-turn low.

• Preventive Maintenance (PM): Execute a proactive PM calendar to stop emergencies before they happen.

• Resident Satisfaction: Act as a brand ambassador. You are often the only person a resident sees; providing professional, "First-Touch" resolution is key to our Retention Goals

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a "Safety First" job site. Ensure all work meets OSHA standards and local building codes.

• Emergency Response: Participate in a rotated on-call schedule.

• Experience: 2+ years in multifamily or facilities maintenance. If you have "handyman" skills but want a professional career, we want to talk.

• The Toolbox: You have your own basic hand tools and know how to use them safely.

• Tech Literacy: Ability to use mobile work-order apps (App Folio) to close out tickets in real-time.

• The Mindset: You take pride in your work. "Good enough" isn't in your vocabulary.
