- TPO, EPDM, Standing Seam/Metal, Modbit and all other low slope roofing systems
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and working with schematics for complex projects
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation (including cranes or lifts), and fabrication techniques
- Strong background in construction site management with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on active job sites
- US Citizen or Green card holder with Security Clearance
- Certifications:
OSHA 10 or 30 certification is highly preferred; manufacturer-specific training is a plus - Flexibility to travel frequently between job sites while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems
