Underground/Earthwork Superintendents - Grand Forks, ND

ICS, Inc (Industrial Contract Services) is seeking experienced Underground/Earthwork Superintendents to oversee crews working on underground utility installation and site earthwork/grading operations in Grand Forks, ND. This role involves direct supervision, project coordination, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. • High school diploma or equivalent GED
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utilities, earthwork, or grading
• North Dakota Sewer and Water Installer Licensure
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong communication and management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and safety rules
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, kneel, balance, push, pull, and lift 50-100 pounds
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and at various heights
• Willingness to travel to different jobsites on limited notice
