Overview
At the intersection of technical expertise and leadership lies the role of a Salesforce Solution Architect. When delivering complex Salesforce solutions, you guide teams through architecture, implementation decisions, and ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.
ResponsibilitiesProvide hands‑on leadership for the design, development, integration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions with a configuration‑first strategy. Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions focused on Sales Cloud and Agentforce. Lead implementation efforts across Salesforce applications and integrations, support modernization initiatives, and maximize platform value through declarative design standards. U.S. citizenship is required for this role.
QualificationsYou Have:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software development, systems integration, or application delivery
- 5+ years of experience leading the development, configuration, and support of Salesforce solutions in complex enterprise environments
- 5+ years of experience implementing Salesforce integrations using Mule Soft, REST/SOAP APIs, and platform events
- Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flow, and Salesforce platform best practices
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative and programmatic solution development
- Experience leading Agile development teams and participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management
- Experience with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines, source control management, automated testing, and release automation
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans, conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support production environments
- HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with Lambda, API Gateway, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps
- Experience with Salesforce Omni Studio and advanced Salesforce platform capabilities
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and enterprise data platforms such as Databricks or Snowflake
- Ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams and communicate technical concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Omni Studio Developer, Mule Soft Developer, Mule Soft Platform Architect, or Mule Soft Integration Architect Certification
The projected compensation range for this position is $ to $ (annualized USD). Salary is determined by location, education, experience, and other factors. This posting will close within 90 days from the posting date.
