CIA Shuttle Driver

• Base Pay $18.05 - $22.35 / Hour

Must have a valid driver’s license and be 18 years of age or olderwith clean driving record. Interest to develop skills in relating to children, parents and staff in a positive manner.

• Check the vehicle each day for safety and maintenance
• Transport students attending the Career Impact Academy to/from Red River HS
• Insure that the students are safely seated before departing
• Enforce vehicle policies and rules with student
• Willingness to be trained in First Aid and CPR/Choking
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, walk and stand. Lift sixty (60) lbs. occasionally, with the ability to reach, stand, walk, carry, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, sit, and/or crawl. The ability to hear and see in order to communicate effectively as well as communicate clearly and concisely. Maintain mental capacity, allowing for effective interaction and communication with others.

The job is performed under some temperature extremes and under conditions with some exposure to risk of injury and/or illness.

Nine (9) months, academic school year

9:30am – 12:30pm, Monday through Friday, when school is in session

Job performance will be evaluated by the Supervisor.
