Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and robotics.
- Program and configure control systems (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and robotic platforms to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and provide technical support for automated equipment and control systems.
- Lead the installation, commissioning, and validation of new automation equipment and upgrades.
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for control system designs, programming, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and resolve complex technical issues.
- Proficient in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi) and control system design.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and industrial network protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, PROFINET).
- Demonstrated ability to program, integrate, and troubleshoot industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Strong understanding of industrial sensors, actuators, motor controls, and vision systems.
- Proven track record in commissioning, testing, and optimizing automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience with Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) platforms or manufacturing data analytics.
- Proficiency with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection or guidance.
- Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) integration.
- Exposure to automation simulation software or digital twin technologies.
