Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality.
- Design, procure, and implement manufacturing tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues and defects.
- Support the transition of new products from design to full-scale manufacturing (NPI).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Create and maintain detailed manufacturing work instructions, procedures, and process specifications.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve yields.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process development, optimization, and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with CAD software for fixture design, process layout, and tool design.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, welding, or automation.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
- Proficiency in advanced simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim)
- Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) or advanced industrial automation
- Familiarity with data visualization and Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
