Robotics Technician | Grand Haven, MI

Salary Range: $53,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• Install and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• Program and re-program robot paths and sequences for production changes.
• Collaborate with engineers to optimize robot performance and improve manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and PLC logic.
• Strong understanding of robotic programming languages and teach pendant operations.
• Experience with vision systems, sensors, and end-of-arm tooling.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and calibration on robotic systems.
