Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and tests control systems and software for manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex electrical and software issues in production environments.
• Implements and optimizes PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and robotic control systems.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define control system requirements and specifications.
• Develops and maintains technical documentation for control systems, including schematics and user manuals.
• Participates in the commissioning and startup of new equipment and production lines.
• Ensures compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements for control systems.
• Drives continuous improvement initiatives for control system performance and reliability.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing control systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell Automation, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus).
• Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, KUKA, ABB) and vision systems is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex control system issues and perform root cause analysis.
