Senior Product Development Engineer

We're looking for an experienced Product Development Engineer who enjoys solving practical engineering problems, working directly with clients, and contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

• Majority of our work isnewproduct development
• Significant hands-on prototype development and testing
• Direct exposure to clients and real engineering decision-making
• Opportunities to mentor junior engineers
• More time directly engineering than many large organizations

• Develop products from concept through validation
• Create and refine designs using Creo
• Build, test, and evaluate prototypes
• Present technical recommendations to clients
• Manage your technical work across multiple projects
• Share your knowledge and learnings with the team
• Collaborate with a team of experienced product developers

• BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 5-10 years of product development experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Medical device experience is helpful but not required.
