Join us in bringing Grand Haven's newest manufacturing facility to life! Kaidi LLC is a Smart Office division of Kaidi Electrical, and we produce inline actuators and understructure assemblies for height‑adjustable desk applications. We are building up our manufacturing capacity in Grand Haven, MI, and you will be on the ground floor, helping shape the company's direction from its earliest stages.

- Purchase raw materials, goods, and services in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete
- Coordinate with operations and planning teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support production schedules
- Evaluate vendors based on price, reliability, capability, and past performance
- Negotiate pricing, volume discounts, and favorable payment terms
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure on‑time delivery and quality standards
- Resolve supply chain issues to minimize production disruptions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state procurement regulations, industry standards, and ethical sourcing practices
- Maintain accurate purchasing data within the ERP/MRP system
- Work closely with production, finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with production schedules, budget and inventory optimization targets
- Other duties as assigned
- 5+ years of purchasing or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
- Have a global perspective on sourcing and a mindset focused on maximizing cost‑effectiveness through continuous improvement
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
- Highly collaborative with a strong, team‑oriented mindset
- Bilingual Mandarin/English is highly preferred
- Experience working in an ERP/MRP system
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
