3rd Shift Production Supervisor

We are seeking a qualified 3rd shift supervisor.

Schedule:

11:00pm to 7:30am, Sunday to Friday Hiring Timeframe:
Within 2 weeks

Job Description:

Monitor work performance of operators and hold them accountable for:

Safety Production Scrap Downtime Documentation  accuracy

Cleanliness of their work area

Attendance

Ability to troubleshoot ISO requirements

Maintaining proper production amounts

Being on time and assuring production efficiency

Maintaining excellent communication with Management within shift and between shifts

Training new hires to ensure they understand their expectations clearly

New employee paperwork and updating paperwork

Perform daily audits efficiently every 2 hours

Review, measure, and inspect parts

Perform job setups

Timely reporting and document distribution

Ensure all company policies and procedures are upheld

Ability to troubleshoot

Maintaining excellent personal attendance records and adhering to all company policies

Reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management

Required Knowledge and

Skills:

Minimum of 3 years experience supervising in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of resource allocation, leadership techniques, and production methods

Have an understanding of how to work with a team. Must be able to motivate employees and encourage apositive working environment while amplifying productivity

Effective communication skills

Basic computer skills

Ability to safety and efficiently operate a forklift

Proficient in various measurement tools such as c-mics and calipers

Ability to maintain a consistent teamwork mentality

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours

Ability to bend and squat

Ability to work in an environment without a controlled temperature
