Rollform Operator
We are seeking a skilled Rollform Operator responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining roll forming machines. The role involves processing large coils of metal into various shapes and sizes to produce car frames and bumpers while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The position requires troubleshooting and is available for the 3rd shift from 10:10 PM to 6:30 AM, with overtime on weekends being common.
Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain roll forming machines.
- Process large coils of metal into car frames and bumpers.
- Ensure production of quality parts adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot machinery as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience in machine operation.
- Ability to repeatedly lift 30-50 lbs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer skills.
- Troubleshooting knowledge is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe role is based in a large manufacturing facility that is fairly clean, though it can get hot during the summer. The environment is more comfortable in the fall and winter. There are six different plants within a mile radius, and all required PPE must be worn at all times.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Haven, MI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
