Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily plant operations, ensuring efficient production and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall plant performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
- Manage plant budget, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, implementing Lean manufacturing principles and other best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a Plant Manager or similar senior role.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency, safety, and quality metrics.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive financial performance.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as SAP or Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) relevant to the local workforce or supply chain.
