As a Nurse Scheduler (CNA), you’ll play a key role in supporting both residents and staff by coordinating schedules while also providing hands‑on care when needed.

What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain monthly nursing schedules, including managing call‑offs and coverage.
- Prepare and update daily staffing sheets to ensure proper coverage.
- Provide resident care according to individualized, approved Care Plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, personal care, and safety.
- Practice and follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Accurately complete required documentation and record‑keeping, including vitals.
- Uphold resident dignity and immediately report any violations of the Residents’ Bill of Rights.
- Support teamwork between nursing staff and leadership to maintain smooth operations.
- Completed CNA course and active state certification/license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and stay organized.
- Service‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive, dependable, and team‑focused attitude.
