What you will work:

* Day shift, variable start time.

* No weekends or holidays.

What you will need:

* Current RN licensure in the State of Michigan, BSN preferred

* Current BLS

* Current ACLS and PALS or completion of this certification within 1 year of hire into the position.

* Previous nursing clinical experience required.

What you will do:

* Collect and document comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health and the situation

* Identify expected outcomes for a plan individualized for the patient and the situation

* Formulates, communicates, and documents nursing diagnosis based on assessment of health data collected.

* Assumes responsibility to develop, communicate, and document a plan of care that prescribes nursing actions to achieve expected patient outcomes.

* Assumes responsibility to implement, communicate, & document the interventions identified in the plan of care.

* Evaluate and document patient's progress
