Location:

1600 S Beacon BLVD STE 100, Grand Haven, MI 49417.

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday hours as needed;
Per Diem position.

Reports to:

Clinical Operations Manager.

Compensation: $4,000 – $4,300 hourly; 401(k) with match up to 4%.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a knowledgeable, skillful, consistent, and attentive manner within scope of practice.
  • Calculate, mix, and administer prescription medications daily.
  • Perform accurate IV insertions and infusion treatments.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after infusion treatment to ensure comfort and well‑being.
  • Assist with managing and overseeing inventory and supply ordering.
  • Document and report patient assessments to medical staff and other healthcare team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Communicate with providers via Telehealth as needed.
  • Assist in the implementation of CQI improvement activities.
  • Perform admission and ongoing assessments on patients.
  • Complete daily run‑flow sheet review on treatments as assigned.
  • Supervise assigned unlicensed direct patient care team.
  • Enforce and adhere to all HIPAA compliance policies.
  • Ensure complete and accurate daily electronic charting, documentation, and reporting in an efficient and timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state professional nurse licensure required.
  • Graduate of accredited nursing program;
    Bachelor’s degree required.
  • ONC Certified (preferred).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Minimum of 1 year IV experience required; infusion experience preferred.
  • Certification in specialty (CRNI, RN Infusion, ICU/ED) preferred.
  • Demonstrated record of safety and excellence.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to complete accurate dose calculations and mix medications independently on a regular daily basis.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety requirements, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Capable of performing each essential duty satisfactorily.
