We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in Grand Haven, MI.
Position: Advanced Practitioner – VIVO Infusion
Compensation:
$59.00 - $64.00 per hour.

Schedule:
Every Wednesday shift, days as needed 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. FLSA Status:
Non‑Exempt.
Reports to: Clinical Operations Manager.
Location: 1600 S Beacon Blvd, STE 100, Grand Haven, MI 49417.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate clinical information from referring physician offices and admit appropriate patients for infusion.
- Evaluate newly referred patients and develop initial plans of care.
- Monitor plans of care and make necessary changes.
- Perform pertinent physical examinations with assessment of normal and abnormal findings on new patients and confirm suitability for infusion.
- Review all lab reports provided by the referring physician.
- Request diagnostic and lab studies from the referring physician as needed.
- Recognize situations that require the immediate attention of a physician and initiate life‑saving procedures when necessary.
- Consult with the supervising Medical Director as necessary.
- Document infusion orders in the electronic medical record.
- Dictate or document notes in the electronic medical record.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Promote company quality outcome initiatives.
- Delegate responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.
- Follow company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
- Carry out all duties in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide patient education and answer questions from prospective patients and referring physicians.
- Enforce all HIPAA compliance guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Must have a current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state in which service is provided.
- ONC Certified is preferred.
- Must have a current DEA license.
- Rheumatology and/or infusion experience preferred, but not required.
- 1‑3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
- Must possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills to identify and address patient needs.
- Intermediate computer skills, MS Office.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently to deliver key results.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and a high degree of professional ethic, knowledge of confidential and regulatory compliance practices.
