We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team of dynamic healthcare professionals in Grand Haven, MI!

VIVO Infusion – Advanced Practitioner

In this position, you will play a key role in overseeing infusion care provided by nurses in our physician‑based ambulatory infusion center in Grand Haven, MI via telehealth as needed. You will create and maintain individualized care plans for all patients referred to the center, ensuring safe and effective care during infusion procedures. You will also serve as the primary clinical liaison between the referring physician’s office and the infusion center, providing critical support to the team and evaluating patients’ needs throughout the treatment process.

Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compassionate care in accordance with State and Federal regulations, as well as company policies and guidelines, all within your scope of practice.

Clinical Operations Manager

• Review and evaluate clinical information from referring physician offices and admit appropriate patients for infusion.
• Evaluate newly referred patients and develop initial care plans.
• Monitor and update plans of care as needed.
• Perform physical examinations and confirm suitability for infusion.
• Review lab reports and request additional diagnostic or lab studies as required.
• Recognize situations requiring immediate physician attention and initiate life‑saving procedures.
• Consult with the supervising Medical Director as necessary.
• Document infusion orders and clinical notes in the electronic medical record.

• Promote company quality outcome initiatives.
• Delegate responsibilities to staff nurses on duty.
• Follow company policies and CDC guidelines for infection control.
• Conduct duties professionally and courteously.
• Provide patient education and answer questions from prospective patients and referring physicians.
• Enforce HIPAA compliance guidelines.

• Current license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of service.
• ONC certification preferred.
• Current DEA license.
• Experience in rheumatology and/or infusion preferred.
• 1–3 years in a clinic setting preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong time‑management and independent work ability.
• Demonstrated collaborative work ethic and familiarity with confidential and regulatory compliance practices.
