Vivo Infusion seeks a licensed Nurse Practitioner for its Grand Haven, MI infusion center. You will oversee infusion care, create care plans, and serve as the clinical liaison between referring physicians and the center, ensuring patient safety and compliance with regulations.
Your responsibilities include evaluating referred patients, developing and monitoring care plans, documenting orders, and coordinating with the Medical Director.
