TheOpportunity

Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train a team of quality technicians.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Monitor and report on key quality performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality management systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
- Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Additional certifications or training
