Accounting & Logistics Coordinator

Blase Trucking is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our growing office team. We are a family-owned cattle hauling company built on hard work, reliability, and strong relationships within the livestock and transportation industries.

This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. We are willing to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate.

• Billing and invoicing
• Accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Data entry and record keeping
• Month-end accounting support
• Account reconciliations
• Compiling load information from drivers
• Communicating with drivers regarding paperwork and load details
• Assisting with daily office operations and administrative support

• Entry-level applicants encouraged to apply
• Some office or accounting experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Quick Books and Microsoft Excel preferred
• Transportation, agriculture, or logistics experience is a plus
