Grand Island Location - Grand Island, NE 68801. Position Type:
Full‑Time. Education Level: High School. Salary Range: $18.00 - $23.00 Hourly. Job Shift: Day. Job Category:
Other. Responsible for entering and updating accurate information into the database, processing daily low stock and short‑buy reports, product number changes into the DDMS database, purchasing IT supplies, machines, janitorial products, furniture, and other products as needed, and assisting sales representatives and other internal employees as needed.

Job Duties /Responsibilities ADMINISTRATIVE
  • Create paperwork for products to be pulled from warehouse for daily reports, and replenish inventory.
  • Order internal products for all locations.
  • PO Acknowledgements and follow up.
  • Approve and process paperwork for central warehouse returns.
  • Complete and distribute inventory revision forms and make necessary adjustments in the computer.
  • Research and add alternates to items that have been discontinued.
  • Follow up and price check on PO’s.
  • Maintain IT database, enter new #’s descriptions accurately.
  • Work closely with sales representatives and other internal employees as needed.
COMPUTER
  • Enter new products and/or direct vendor information.
  • Utilize Master Inventory change form to update inventory records.
  • Enter contract pricing in vendor contract screen.
  • Enter specifier in lead field for shelf tag requests.
  • Process product number changes.
  • Work on all acknowledgements, furniture, janitorial, and office products.
MISCELLANEOUS
  • Imprinting assistance and filing.
  • Adjust bin locations/min/max as needed.
  • Transfer inventory.
  • Purchase specialty items.
  • Assist with wholesale purchases.
OTHER DUTIES AS MAY BE ASSIGNED Qualifications
  • 1 Year General Office Experience Preferred.
  • Purchasing Experience Helpful -- Will Train.
