B&E Clerk

Position Summary

The B&E Clerk provides administrative, clerical, and data entry support for the refrigeration department. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting payroll, HR, training, safety, and purchasing functions. The clerk will also interact with production floor operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong multi tasking ability with excellent attention to detail
• Highly organized self starter
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office applications
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Team oriented with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, make copies, send faxes
• Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets; use Microsoft Office daily
• Prepare reports and maintain attendance records
• Responsible for daily Kronos entries and schedules for department
• Complete paperwork including job changes, terminations, safety forms, job placements, and product sample documentation for corporate
• Work directly with Payroll, HR, Training, Safety, and Purchasing departments
• Required to enter production floor as needed
• All other duties as assigned
