Heartland Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong construction background to lead bidding on metal buildings, grain bins, pole barns, and related projects.
You will own the estimating process from initial plan review through final bid, prepare detailed cost estimates, review blueprints for scope and materials, solicit subcontractor bids, perform takeoffs, and collaborate with ownership and project managers on bid strategy and value engineering.
