The Role    As a construction team member, you will:
Start as an Installer, no experience required. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives an uncapped bonus. Overtime pays out:
Early start, early end, Monday through Friday. 50+ years, zero seasonal layoffs. Once you're a Lead Installer or Team Lead, your crew's efficiency drives your bonus. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with 5% match, 2 weeks PTO, holiday pay, per diem for overnight travel.
