This is a full-time, on-site Client Services Associate role located in Grand Island, NE. The Client Services Associate will engage directly with clients, handle service requests, and ensure a positive client experience. Responsibilities include managing communications with clients, assisting with account inquiries, supporting financial operations, and enhancing overall client satisfaction through effective relationship building.

• Strong Client Services, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills to effectively address and resolve client inquiries.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team structure.
