Position SummaryMaintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in. Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians. Maintain customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers. This is a fast‑paced position requiring strong communication skills (verbal and written), solid computer skills, and the ability to self‑manage while meeting performance expectations.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00/hr. depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday

- Previous experience and/or training in customers service, dispatching, or project management
- High school diploma or general education degree
- Advanced customer service skills
- Ability to multi‑task
- Must be extremely organized and detail‑oriented
- Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
- Computer skills including knowledge of software such as Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
